If the package is rejected by the destination country, Work Week Agenda is not responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Shipping Policy:

All shipping times are estimated. Work Week Agenda is not responsible for “late” delivery of any order.

If a package has been marked “Delivered” but you have not received it yet, please contact us at Unfortunately porch pirates and package theft is a reality. In the unlikely situation your package has been stolen, please contact us and we will provide you with a descriptive outline of your package to file a Police Report. This is needed to file a stolen package claim with the delivery carrier. Work Week Agenda is not responsible for stolen mail as a result of insecure receiving locations provided by the customer.
